Obstacles
Tips
- When it comes to drinking alcoholic beverages, it is acceptable to drink (in moderation):
- Tequila, Vodka, Rum, Gin, or Whiskey (they all have 0 net carbs!)
- Dry Wine and unsweetened champagne have net carbs of 4 to 5 grams (so be careful!)
- AVOID SUGAR! Eating sugar will kick you out of ketosis (which means you have to start all over again)
- Take our MCT and BHB oils! You may feel more energy and not have to deal with the side effects. If you are taking our MCT and BHB oils, you can definitely increase your exercises!
