  • According to the research from the Journal of Neuroscience in 2013, participants significantly reduce their body weight and body mass index under the Keto Diet (their bad cholesterol and blood glucose decreased, while their good cholesterol increased)

Tips

✓  For bad breath, use sugar-free mints and gum, drink more water (8 glasses a day), or chew on natural breath fresheners (mint, cinnamon, …)

✓  If you want to increase intensity in workouts, we recommend taking our MCT and BHB oils to give you the boost of energy
